Source of Inspiration

This gemstone has such a unique and beautiful hue that is the only one to have an official colour named after it. It is also one of the most ancient gemstones to be counterfeited. The first artificial reproductions of turquoise date back to Ancient Egypt, where it was considered a source of protection and a talisman of good luck.

About the design

There are different variety of turquoise and this particular specimen has a beautiful matrix of brown inclusions, we decided to make a pendant out of it. The intricate patterns of turquoise and brown will surely get everyone’s attention.
